Hydrant boxes for internal and external use.

Similarly to skylights, the hydrant boxes are also an important safety element in industrial operations and administrative offices. Montana offers hydrant boxes with a safe storage space for extinguishing devices. Such hydrant box is also prepared for the installation of a fire signalling alarm.

Another offered box type is suitable for indoor placement. Sheet metal with a thickness of 1.3 mm provides extensive durability in regular operation. Red paint RAL 3000 and white paint RAL 9016 are an integral part of it. We recommend hydrant boxes made from sheet metal with a thickness of 1.5 mm, red paint RAL 3000, for external use on the building roof. This hydrant is treated with hot-dip galvanization, providing substantially higher durability.

The boxes can be also equipped with end foam-making nozzles for so called heavy water foam.
