WHAT IS TISAX?
TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is a rating exchange mechanism for information security in the automotive industry. TISAX certification confirms that the company’s information security management system meets the defined security levels and enables the sharing of assessment results on a specialized platform.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
The German Automobile Industry Association (VDA) has developed a set of generally accepted security requirements for information security in the automotive industry and published them in a catalogue known as the VDA Information Security Assessment (ISA). TISAX certification is based on ISA requirements.
The TISAX label makes it easier for companies to share information security status, with the following benefits:
