MODULAR SYSTEM FOR EASY PRODUCT HANDLING
A modular tube system used for hanging, transporting, storing or sorting finished products or semi-finished products. The storage system offers a choice between hydraulic, electrical and mechanical control and the possibility of combining them.
Since the system is modular and we assemble it from components in our catalogue, which we constantly expand and develop as required and in cooperation with customers, the whole process takes place over a relatively short time. The only unique element is the development of the hanger, which only goes into production after its prototype, which we supply, has been tested.
We own unique patented and carefully developed technologies such as the main component, a special AL profile that is modular and can have any shape. Switches or junctions can also be incorporated into the roller section, and can be operated both manually and pneumatically to direct the vehicles to the required part of the Monty Shop-Stock system.
The vehicles are designed so that they can be easily connected to one another, and the operator can control several vehicles at a time. The vehicle connection system is very simple and does not require significant force to connect or disconnect the vehicles. Products can be conveniently directed in the warehouse itself by means of switches, intersections or portal crossings.
Using the roller sections of the Monty Shop-Stock system, it is also possible to move between the storage units. Movement between storage units is already possible from this year thanks to AGV (automated guided vehicles) supplied, for example, by MiR (Mobile Industrial Robots), for which MONTANA is an official distributor.
Everything is designed with consideration for the safe and comfortable work of your employees and the long life of the individual parts of the Monty Shop-Stock system. Individual systems can be designed to save production space and their upper floor can be designed as walkways.
In recent years, we have produced over 10 km of tracks and delivered thousands of hangers, contributing to the production of a large number (more than 10) of car brands.
We will also be happy to support and streamline your production activities.
We can assemble tracks of almost any shape, using standardised modular parts. There are numerous systems which Monty Shop-Stock can be equipped with for
this purpose.
We can also develop special parts for the entire system to meet the requirements and needs of the customer. The entire Monty Shop-Stock system is suspended on a steel structure which we design and produce according to requirements.

The special parts are used to switch between the tracks, along which the materials are transported.
They can be controlled manually or pneumatically.
Crossroads
They are also used for crossing tracks.
Portals
Ideal for sorting or storing products.
They make it possible to move goods between individual storage tracks.
